Wellness Days

Finding time to take care of yourself can be difficult, so we're bringing the self-care to you! In partnership with the Employee Health & Well-Being team, we are providing acupuncture, massages and opportunities to check-in with a CPW therapist at each campus during 2023.

Wellness Day events will be held in the physician lounge at each campus.

Offered services:

Acupuncture | 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Enjoy a 15-minute acupuncture treatment targeting general stress, upper back tension, neck pain, low energy, and more!

Massages | 11 am - 2 pm

Sit back and relax during a 10-minute chair massage.

Wellbeing check-ins | 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
