Experiential Workshops

Mindfulness Groups

Evidence shows that those who practice mindfulness have lower stress levels, greater contentment, and improved resilience. Mindful living helps increase gratitude, satisfaction, and connection. It enhances the skills of focusing on the present moment, which in turn enables us to feel more in control of the state of our mind and attitude. Join us for this drop-in workshop to learn how to be mindful and implement those skills in your daily life!
