About the Program

Restoring Excellence, Embracing Compassion is a physician-centered program designed to foster professional growth, emotional resilience, and a culture of excellence in healthcare. Grounded in a whole-person, strength-based approach, this course empowers physicians to navigate workplace challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Through in-person learning, participants gain practical tools to manage high-impact emotions, reduce disruptive behaviors, and enhance communication; ultimately improving patient safety, care quality, and team collaboration.

Participants will also develop a Personalized Compassion Plan, equipping them with sustainable strategies to support well-being, prevent setbacks, and lead with integrity in high-pressure environments.

Follow-up includes connection to a coach, mentor, or therapist (fees may be required).

This program is more than a course; it's an investment in physician vitality and organizational excellence.

This program is complimentary for self-referred AdventHealth Physicians and Residents.

Open to Non- AdventHealth credential physicians (fees required).

Pre-approved use for wellness days for residents.

Breakfast and lunch will be included.
