Mission: fit Possible (Optional Kids' Program)

The fit approach is comprehensive and teaches children to uncover the clues of healthy living. By pulling all aspects of life together in a whole-health fitness approach, children can achieve a fit, healthy life. The fit platform features these elements:

FOOD: Nutritional fitness

MOVE: Physical fitness

MOOD: Emotional fitness

RECHARGE: Restorative fitness

The connection between these four elements is the strength of the fit platform. As children experience the connectivity of each element to the others, they begin to realize how one weak area affects the others, just like dominoes. This knowledge encourages and reinforces healthy decision-making.

CME Learning Objectives:

Recognize the link between professional connection, self-awareness, and mindfulness practices on improved well-being and professional fulfillment.
Increase knowledge regarding contributing factors and impact of maladaptive perfectionism and learn strategies using self-compassion and psychological flexibility to mitigate the impact.
Increase knowledge of imposter syndrome symptoms and develop tools and strategies to help mitigate the effects.
Learn innovative ways to be intentional in their interpersonal relationships as well as tools to engage in healthy relationship building strategies.
Recognize the link between self-reflection and collective disclosure and sharing on improved professional sense of meaning and fulfillment as well as reduced emotional exhaustion, compassion fatigue, and sense of depersonalization.
